When I shop around, I always try to find fun and different pieces. While I was doing my husband’s basement refresh, I found the cutest woven bench that I just couldn’t leave behind. It has the coolest woven black and white detail and the color of the wood is so pretty. I also saw it wrapped in all white rope but the white and black felt more masculine for the “man cave”.
One of my friends, recently came over and mentioned that this bench was so pretty and she was surprised that I had it in the basement and not displaying it somewhere else. My husband mentioned he didn’t care if I took it and put it on another spot around the house, so I brought it up to my bedroom and loved it.
This weekend, I was honored to be featured on the liketoknow.it Instagram page and it was the most requested product but unfortunately I couldn’t link it, so I linked had a similar bench. After getting tons of questions about the bench, I decided to share with you guys some of my favorite woven benches. Oh, did I mention it was a Home Goods find? Yep, they always have the best stuff but it also sucks that I can’t always link their products for you guys. Sometimes I find the items on the TJ Maxx website but not always.
Below you can see it in the basement in a corner where no one could really see it. As much as I try to make this room pretty with furniture and decor, the room itself is outdated and I rarely show this space so moving the bench was a great idea.
