It’s blanket weather and there’s nothing better than laying in bed or your couch with a cozy throw blanket. I decided to do some research and find my favorite blankets. I already have some of these so I highly recommend them.
Blankets aren’t just for keeping you warm and cozy but they are a great way to decorate your living room and bed with. You can lay them across the foot of your bed or drape them over your couch. It creates such a warm feeling in your home. I’m just obsessed with them.
Here are some things I look for while purchasing my throw blankets:
Material: It is so important to buy a material that is soft and doesn’t shed. There are blankets that when you pull them off, you have lint all over. You also want a blanket that washes well. Especially if you’re keeping it on your couch and have kids like I do.
Design: Blankets aren’t just to keep you warm, they are decorative as well. Looking for a blanket that you can keep on your couch or bed and looks stylish is a must.
Size: This all depends on your personal need. If your looking just to throw it over you’re legs then you can choose a standard size but if you’re looking for one for the foot of your bed than I recommend you pay attention to the size. Some Blankets come in mattress size. A blanket that hangs over your bed looks beautiful. You don’t want a queen bed with a twin size blanket.

This blanket I personally own in two colors and it’s super soft and cozy. It comes in 6 colors and it’s a great size for one person to snuggle up with. I also keep it in a basket in my living room and it looks great.
This chunky knit blanket is the perfect blanket to drape over your sofa year long. It’s super soft and the texture is beautiful. It comes in 6 colors and I just love the cream and the brown.
Now this blanket is a must have! It is super soft and the pom poms are adorable. It’s a perfect blanket for a little girls room as well. It comes in 5 colors and the pink and cream are my favorite.
I think the title explains it all. This is the perfect throw blanket for your bedroom. It comes in three sizes and five colors. It’s so warm and soft. You can keep it on the feet of your bed year round.
Now this blanket combines two of my favorite things…chunky knit and sherpa. It comes in 4 colors and I love them all!
If you’re into blankets this is a must have. The pattern and design is beautiful. It’s perfect for your bed and your couch and the cream color is perfect for any color scheme.
This blanket is so beautiful and warm. The Chucky cable knit pattern is so so cute and perfect for your couch. it comes in a few colors and although some are sold out, this grey color is beautiful.
I am so obsessed with this throw blanket and it reminds me of the one I have at the foot of my bed. This teal color is so beautiful. It is a bit of a splurge but so worth it.
